DUCTWORK CLEANING

Almost all non-domestic premises have ventilation or air conditioning installed, with ‘ducting’ running through the building. Dust and debris accumulate in these ducts and quickly becomes a breeding ground for bacteria, dirt and mould.

Without regular, professional cleaning, as air passes through the polluted duct it carries allergens into the building, hence the ventilation system designed to provide fresh air to the buildings occupants is in fact now doing the opposite, actually encouraging to help spread dust and airborne micro-organisms through a building, which is commonly known as SBS (sick building syndrome).

To ensure that conditions for building occupants are comfortable and safe, it is the duty of the building owner or facilities manager to ensure this is routinely undertaken and suitable, auditable records are maintained to support compliance.

Our comprehensive ventilation duct cleaning service will ensure the entire air system is thoroughly cleaned from the Fresh Air Intake to the supply diffusers, and from the extract grilles to the discharge. Once the systems are fully cleaned and running we offer a disinfection process, which eliminates bacteria and moulds.

On completion of the work we always provide a detailed post clean report together with a certification confirming the work has been undertaken, this also comes with a detailed before and after photographic portfolio.
